Sunday Funday with Families and Children

Sunday April 2, 2017 MLB Outfielder, and President of The Yasiel Puig Wild Horse Children’s Foundation, Yasiel Puig spread happiness and excitement for underserved families and children who were in the Midnight Mission Homelight Family Living program in Inglewood, CA. Upon arrival, the families were  not only anxious and excited to see Mr. Puig, but were also overtaken with gratitude. Puig  took photos with the children and families, and on the behalf of The Yasiel Puig Wild Horse Children’s Foundation, donated a plethora of basketballs and soccer balls for positive recreational use to the Homelight family living center of Inglewood! TAM FLYS YASIEL PUIG INTO COMPTON HIGH SCHOOL

Tomorrow’s Aeronautical Museum (TAM) through its positive vibrations program will be flying MLB outfielder and President of The Yasiel Puig Wild Horse Children’s Foundation, Yasiel Puig into Compton High School for a special career day presentation. Puig will be joined by a 97year old original Tuskegee Airman Ted Lumpkin, who will both be flown in via helicopter. The presentation will promote athletics alongside education as well as introducing students to the rewarding field of aviation. Students will also be invited to TAMs annual aviation career expo on May 13th held at the Compton/Woodley Airport. The Wild Horse Foundation Brings Cheer to the Families of HomeLight

WHEN: Sunday - April 2, 2017 - 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm WHO: Major League Baseball (MLB) Professional Player Yasiel Puig, President of The Yasiel Puig Wild Horse Children’s Foundation will spend the evening with our HomeLight Family Living program residents (11 families) and Alumni (20 families), along with Inglewood Councilmember Alex Padilla and other special guests. WHAT: Yasiel Puig and Wild Horse will be bringing smiles and gifts to the families at HomeLight.
